We combine Editorial Content, PR, Social Media and Advertising to achieve our clients’ business objectives. Offline or online, we put content first to make marketing and communications efficient and effective.

Overview:

We are now looking for an eager applicant to join us on a Digital Marketing Degree Level Apprenticeship.

As an integral part of our vibrant team, you'll need strong writing skills and a keen interest in crafting content for business purposes. The ability to work autonomously while also seeking guidance when necessary is crucial.

In addition to crafting media pitches and press releases, you'll play a pivotal role in developing social media calendars, composing blog posts, and generating other written content tailored for business audiences.

Proficiency in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, is essential, as we manage the social media presence for numerous B2B clients.

In our fast-paced office environment, every day presents new challenges, requiring self-sufficiency, proactive engagement, and a readiness to dive into various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining press lists, distributing, tracking press releases
• Drafting press releases and media pitches
• Supporting social media campaigns - primarily on LinkedIn
• Eventually drafting long-form copy including blogs, by-lined articles, awards entries and whitepapers.
• You'll actively distribute press releases and liaise with journalists to secure coverage, establishing valuable connections within both the B2B and mainstream press realms.

• While our current work setup is remote, we convene in Chichester bi-monthly for team socials and training sessions.

Entry Requirements:

• 2 A-level passes or equivalent Level 3 qualification
• English Language GCSE at Grade C (4+), or equivalent

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. 

Salary:

• £20,000 - £22,000 per annum. With the opportunity to increase up to £24,000 per annum, Based on performance.

Future prospects:

We would love a Digital Marketing apprentice to join the team who wants to develop and grow a career in Marketing and progression to AE. There will be a permanent position available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

BA (Hons) Digital Marketing Degree awarded by the Solent University upon completion of the apprenticeship.
