We currently have an exciting OFFICE BASED opening for a Content & Marketing Manager, who has a good knowledge of digital marketing, experience in marketing communications, and a creative thought process.
Our company, The Ecommerce Club, is a vibrant learning community of 800 members who are looking to start their own e-commerce / Amazon / eBay business or are aiming to upscale their current online business.
Alongside ‘The Club’, you will also be expected to assist in the marketing campaigns for clients of ‘528 digital’, a 360-degree marketing agency for Shopify-based online stores.
Your responsibilities will involve assisting The Marketing Team with content generation for “The Club” site and 528 Digital clients supporting marketing clients.
Job Requirements:
Regular use of Canva and/or Photoshop.
Research eCommerce / Amazon / eBay content to incorporate in social media posts.
Create graphics for social media posts.
Generate graphics for website content blocks i.e. banners, blog post covers, etc.
Content writing for blogs etc.
Create graphics for Email Marketing campaigns.
Please note, that this is an entry-level role, but the experience/education characteristics below are preferred.
Training will be given during employment.
Education:
Higher Education Qualification in marketing or design

Basic knowledge of eCommerce / Amazon / eBay (preferred)
Ability to commute to Upton, Wirral
Core Competencies:
Graduate status preferred but not essential
A minimum of up to a year’s experience with responsibility working within a Marketing role.
Experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, and creative thought processes is a must
Established track record in creating successful marketing content from inception to finish
A proven track record in managing a brand online and creating and implementing digital strategy and design concepts
An advanced understanding of all digital marketing and the ability to deliver all types of creative content (images, videos, gifs, webinars, sales collateral etc.)
Experience and examples of exposure to all levels of marketing
Demonstrated research skills to develop, write, and produce both written and video content
An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Being able to work efficiently and to deadlines stated
Being organised, managing tasks in the assigned way, and updating all elements of the tasks assigned
Excellent literacy, spelling and grammar, and high attention to detail
With a positive approach and the ability to adapt to changes, you will work well within a dynamic team, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with users across all levels of ability and seniority, by phone, email, and face-to-face
An eagerness to learn new skills and an ability to adapt quickly
