The Role:
This busy, varied and fast-paced role based within the central marketing team will see you being exposed to all aspects of marketing including digital communications, events management, campaigns, graphic design, advertising and PR & communications! Responsibilities will include:
- Organising and managing all onsite and offsite company events from conception to completion. These events include exhibitions, trade shows and conferences
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to plan, design, book, manage the budget, equipment, stands, and organise all logistics and promotions for events
- Assisting with maintaining the events budget
- Managing and updating marketing collateral, designing and ordering printing, and ensuring electronic literature is kept up to date on the company's intranet/website
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in Events and Marketing in a corporate environment is essential.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
