Marketing and Events Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity with a successful and growing Satellite Communications organization for a Marketing and Events Coordinator. This is a full-time role and will be based out of their offices in Redhill, Surrey.

In this role, you will be working with the Marketing team supporting all marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include Project Management of all events, Exhibitions, Conferences, and Internal/External events.

Previous experience in events and marketing in a corporate environment is essential for this role. Excellent opportunity to build on your experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team across all marketing activities
• Project management of all events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, internal/external events to required deadlines
• Ability to travel to manage events within the UK and internationally when required
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan, hold meetings, design, book, organise the collateral, manage the budget, equipment, and stands, organise all logistics and promotions for events
• Ensuring regular updates and communications are shared with stakeholders relating to events

Key skills and experience required

• Proven experience working in Marketing & event planning in a corporate environment.
• Thrives working within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• First-class communication & interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with graphics packages e.g. Photoshop and InDesign/Canva, of interest but not essential
• Word/PowerPoint/Excel
• Ability to be able to achieve UK SC security clearance.
