The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker who are looking to add an experienced Marketing Executive to their team.

They are a business with ambitious expansion plans and looking for someone to help with the growth of the brand and their market presence.

The Role:

As a Marketing Executive You will work closely with the marketing team and various stakeholders to execute campaigns, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote insurance products across their specialist sectors as well as supporting amrketing activities across the company group.

Further responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage social media channels and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to execute marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the organization of events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

The Requires Skills:

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
