Marketing Executive

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive whose skills and expertise can bridge the gap between our client’s creative output and their customers’ technical knowledge.

They want someone who can define and deliver campaigns, create compelling content, and ensure that everything they produce aligns with their strategic marketing plan to realise their clients' goals.

As a creative agency, our client has dedicated design, digital, and video teams in-house.  This exciting opportunity allows you to join a vibrant team, working in a stunning, purpose-built workspace, based in Telford, with easy access from the motorway and plenty of free parking.

As Marketing Executive you'll enjoy a varied and interesting position with great scope for development, all within an informal working environment.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Content Creation: Researching topics and producing clear, easy-to-understand written copy for a range of different media, from websites to literature and video scripts.
• Marketing Strategy: Planning and executing digital and physical campaigns, developing social media content strategies, and running digital ad campaigns.
• Project Management: Working closely with clients to identify their needs, overseeing the delivery of key projects, briefing creative teams, and ensuring quality control of output.

Now, let's talk about what we're looking for in a Marketing Executive:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• An understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing principles.
• Confidence in liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Previous agency experience is an advantage.
• Oh, and don't forget a pair of slippers!

• A salary of between £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Here are the standard working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.  However, for the right candidate, they are open to considering full-time, part-time, or flexible hours.  Please note, this is an office-based role, not remote or hybrid working, so you’ll need to be able to reliably commute to the office location.
