ATL’s flexible fluid containment bladder tanks, moulded tanks or fabricated tanks are suitable for holding fuel, water, oil, chemicals, waste material, powder and gasses and can be supplied with highly sophisticated liquid transfer plumbing and equipment. World leader in Safety Fuel Cells for use in Motorsport, ATL’s Fuel Cells are crash-resistant, explosion-suppressant and extremely lightweight, thereby offering performance gains alongside major safety improvements.
ATL is a US owned company with sites located in New Jersey and Milton Keynes. In 2023 the owner retired, and the UK Managing Director was made Group CEO and tasked with delivery of a single global presence.

Executive Assistant - Job Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will have the responsibility of providing support to the CEO, ensuring effective communication and reporting with the management team on both sites.
Executive Assistant - Main Duties
· Liaise daily with the CEO to ensuring a constant flow of communication, ensuring they are aware of the any urgent tasks requiring immediate attention.
· Responding to correspondence on behalf of the CEO, as required.
· Diary management and planning.
· Assisting the CEO with in some confidential personal matters for both they and the business owners.
· Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
· Managing expenses.
· Management of the senior leadership team / continuous improvement meeting.
· Assist in the planning and delivery of internal continuous improvement projects.
· Ensure agendas for meetings are communicated to Company Executives in advance and minute taking, where appropriate.
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
· Assist with recruitment of members of the management and administrative team.
· Have an understanding of Company operations to brief the CEO as and when required.
· Arrange catering for meetings/department events when required.
· Help maintain the standard of presentation and safety of the UK site.
· Screen and direct correspondence where applicable.
· Assist with the preparation of internal communication such as newsletter and intranet.
· Document Control: Amending Company procedures and policies under the Direction of the CEO or other department Heads.
· Assist with the maintenance of the company ISO business management systems (ISO9001, 14001 and 45001).
· Attend and document Management Review meetings.
· Checking documents and reports accuracy.
Executive Assistant - Qualifications and Experience
- Higher level business / administration qualification or relevant experience.
- Proven track record in similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and project management skills and proficiency in IT, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
Executive Assistant - The Package
- Salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on relevant experience
- Part-Time or Full-time (up to 40 hours per week) – Negotiable
- 33 days holiday including 8 bank holidays annually, with the option to purchase an additional 3 days via salary sacrifice each year
