An industry leading insurance brokers is seeking a passionate self-starter as an Executive Assistant to be organised and proactive in supporting executive teams and senior management.

The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality support to the Executive team and Senior Management, ensuring the success of the group.
Role & Responsibilities:
Both professional and personal daily support to executive leadersOrganise meetings and eventsManage agendasProduce and amend documents, briefing papers, reports, general correspondence, and presentationsScreen telephone calls and act as ‘gatekeeper’Handle sensitive information always maintaining confidentialityEssential Skills & Experience:
Prior experience of being an Executive Assistant or similarAbility to minute meetingsOrganisedAbility to influence and negotiateForward thinkingStrong administration skillsAdvanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPointFast and accurate typing skillsHigh level of grammar, spelling and punctuationExperience of working with data and producing reportsCommunicationPackage:
