We're currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Co-ordinator for the Executive Assistant Team to provide Executive Support to 2-4 Vice Presidents at our office based in Telford. This role benefits from hybrid working, if you are based in the West Midlands area or live within a commutable distance from Telford we encourage you to apply.

Your role

You will provide full support to Capgemini UK Vice Presidents including:

  • Comprehensive and proactive diary management to ensure productive time usage, this will include regular scheduling of meetings, accommodating multiple diaries across different time zones.
  • Itinerary planning to ensure seamless logistics of meetings and travel.
  • Co-ordinating visa applications and other related travel documents.
  • Monitoring and entering of expenses, timesheets and invoices using online systems.
  • Managing Small Team of Executive Assistants:

Your profile

What you’ll bring:
  • Excellent organisational skills, both of self and Vice Presidents.
  • Relationship management at senior level including building good networks.
  • Excellent communication skills. Comfortable at interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to support with technology enabled meetings e.g video conferencing teams, digital conference calls.
  • High attention to detail and proven experience of managing sensitive data.
