Marketing Executive

The Opportunity
This rapidly growing boutique investment group of companies are experiencing a period of exponential growth. As a result of the continued success, they are expanding the team and require a Marketing Executive to manage and execute engaging social media and email content.
The Role
Full time, office based working in and amongst commercial team, you’ll have full ownership of the marketing function, digital in the main but scope to go offline too. You’ll have a broad level of autonomy when it comes to content creation, strategy and delivery. You’ll also be accountable for reporting on ROI.
In the main, you’ll be taking charge of the social media channels for each company alongside managing the entire email database to create engaging email campaigns to acquire hot leads.
You will need to create and implement a social media calendar with the aims of building brand awareness and trust among clients to help support the sales team at securing sales.
You’ll aim to build rapport, trust and a great reputation that results in long term relationships with clients through the digital channels.
The Candidate
We are looking for experience ideally however a budding professional, graduate calibre with 12 months+ and seeking more responsibility and broader scope will certainly be of interest.
What is key is your ability for ideas, content and understanding of how to increase traction, particularly in growing a company’s digital footprint.
Knowledge of email marketing software, Canva, Photoshop or similar, SEO, the main Social Media channels goes without saying.
You’ll have an eye for detail, be an ace at Copywriting and of course, passionate about Marketing

Salary to £30k pending experience, scope for performance related bonuses, parking onsite (car required, rural location). Office based with some travel from time to time. 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank hols) , standard pension scheme
