My client is looking for a well-seasoned marketing professional to join them at their HQ in Derby. This is an amazing opportunity to work on various projects where you have the autonomy to execute your creativity. 

The Role

• Manage the email strategy, including segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Design and execute engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. 
• Analyse email performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement. 
• Develop and manage organic social media calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Grow brand presence and build a loyal following. 
• Conduct interviews and write compelling case studies that showcase success stories.
• Manage website content, including publishing new content and updating existing pages.
• Delivering Marketing Campaigns for events and exhibitions
• Production and delivery of e-shots for marketing campaigns 
• Act as the main liaison for photographers and PR agencies 
• Managing the website, content updates, resolving any issues and reports from the website Manage, monitor, and analyse integrated promotional campaigns 
• Create and manage weekly report on visitor targets, data analysis, visitor registrations 
• If you have experience with Adobe Design- graphic design Suite this will be advantageous 
• Support planning and delivery of marketing events across the region, positioning plans and programmes for all EMEA channels.

The candidate 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing 
• Creativity is a must! 
• Strong experience in email marketing campaign management 
• Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting engaging copy. 
• Adept at social media marketing best practices and content creation 
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus 
• Experience with website development tools and processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing 
• Experience and demonstrable success in executing paid social media campaigns via LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Ads, as well as SEO optimisation. 
• You are well presented and a great communicator.
• You have a can-do attitude and love to problem solve and take responsibility. 
• You enjoy managing multiple projects at one time. 
• You are ambitious and looking to work in a fast-paced environment
