Job specification:
- Write engaging website content with keywords
- Manage Google AdWords/PPC, fully analyse success and amend campaigns when appropriate
- Improve our brand awareness to improve lead generation, off-page SEO, link building and external link authority
- Identify areas to improve website UX to increase conversions/customer enquiries
- Manage paid advertising across social media channels
- Assist with customer enquiries, via social media, website and phone calls
- Keyword research, content copywriter/optimisation, technical auditing, meta data creation and external link authority
- Following-up customer enquiries with newsletters/offers and analyse success.
Person specification:
- Confident MS Office user, highly organised with great attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team, with a logical approach to problem solving
- Computer literate, tech-savvy – able to pick up technical knowledge easily.
- Relaxed/no-hassle approach when dealing with customers
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills to deal with incoming customer enquiries.
- Adobe, Photoshop, DaVinci or similar an advantage
- Experience using WordPress, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc (Preferable)
- Copywriting and proof-reading skills (Preferable)
