?? The Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you'll partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies for our Real Estate and Investment clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating compelling content for social media accounts and updating websites. �?
• Collaborating on diverse marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness. ??
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of all marketing materials. ??
• Monitoring competitor activity and suggesting improvements to marketing strategies. ??
• Assisting in the organisation of events, presentations, and seminars. ???
• Coordinating with international teams to provide up-to-date marketing materials. �?

?? Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, our client is looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Previous Marketing experience
• Previous experience within Real Estate/Property/Investment or similar
• Excellent writing and communication skills. ????
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. ??
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing principles. ??
• Currently pursuing or already qualified with a Marketing Degree or CIM certification. �?
