Marketing Executive
Who are they?
I’m working with a Leeds based Digital agency who specialise in branding, web design and digital marketing. They are focused on user accessibility and put people at the heart of everything they do. They work with dozens of local clients and have retained several key accounts for nearly a decade. Their main purpose is to create bespoke websites and improve accessibility, transform social media marketing output and overall company branding and marketing. Their client’s range across all different sectors such as e-com, hospitality, and financial consultancies.
Who they’re looking for?
They are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team. You’d be one of a couple of Senior Executives working in a friendly team with other talented marketers across all levels of seniority and specialism. The company are in a fortunate position where they are looking to expand after a consistent couple of years of winning and retaining clients.
It’s naturally a very client-facing role, so you will need to be good at building excellent relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, be forward thinking and confident in pushing their ideas through. You will also be expected to be able to supervise and guide the more junior members of the team and provide them with training and performance evaluations. Ideally, they're looking for someone who's cut their teeth on all aspects of digital marketing and can bring direction to marketing projects.
What will I be doing?
In this role you will be expected to be able to deliver KPIs using various marketing channels including socials, content creation, email marketing, SEO & PPC across a busy range of clients. To achieve these indicators, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful briefs, by researching and creating effective, engaging content for social media campaigns. You will be expected to be able to pitch new and existing clients.
You will be providing strategic direction and being a general driving force behind the team in terms of up-skilling and keeping on trend with the latest marketing techniques. You will also be expected to deliver monthly stakeholder reports on performance across the business.
Whilst it is not essential that you have previous experience with mentorship of junior marketers, it would be greatly desired. It will be up to you to maximise productivity and finding ways to streamline certain processes.
Required skills:
Demonstratable experience on delivering KPIs in a marketing role across various marketing channels including (not limited to) social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO & PPC.
Previous experience in blog writing or textual content creation.
Previous experience in project management and delivery - must be able to provide examples.
Desired skills:
Experience with mentoring Junior Marketers
