ABOUT THE CLIENT:

My client has been a leading retailer specialising in soft furnishings since their opening. They take immense pride in their products, which are not only shipped directly from the warehouse but are also crafted in-house by their talented production teams. Due to their recent success, they are seeking a dedicated individual to work closely with our Paid Search Manager, driving Paid Search channels to support the full consumer funnel and foster growth across all marketing platforms.

THE PAID SEARCH EXECUTIVE ROLE:

Joining as a Paid Search Executive you will ensure the Paid Search strategy and management align with company objectives, focusing on market share growth, budget sales reserve, and PPC spend ratios. Other responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimising bid strategies across multiple search and shopping platforms, including AdWords and Microsoft Ads, and handling re-marketing and higher funnel advertising on social media.
• Producing and testing engaging ad copy to maximise CTR from target audiences, conducting regular SQRs, managing negative keywords, and designing campaign structures for optimal relevancy and performance.
• Identifying new target groups through keyword and audience research, developing campaigns for newly launched products, and maintaining comprehensive PPC and Ecommerce reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• The ideal candidate will oversee these tasks across multiple domains, both retail and B2C, ensuring campaigns are aligned across channels to avoid wasted spend.

PAID SEARCH EXECUTIVE - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• 2+ Years experience in a PPC focused role
• Proven experience managing multiple Paid Search and shopping campaigns across AdWords and Microsoft
