NJR Recruitment are working with an award-winning financial advisory firm based in Altrincham who are looking for a full time Marketing Assistant to work within their experienced Marketing Team.
As their Marketing Assistant you will get the opportunity to produce and deliver a wide range of marketing communications across a range of channels; including social media content, digital marketing, website development and improving client experience, whilst aiding the delivery of the events programme.
They are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to:
- Proofread print and digital communications to ensure relevant compliance approval where required
- CRM champion and ensuring data is correctly updated by admin teams.
- Supporting the delivery of the events programme - virtual and in person; including the creation of guest lists, invitations, presentation, follow up activity and supporting Senior Marketing Manager with reporting on the outcome of events.
- Liaising with external marketing partners such as printers and digital in the production and fulfilment of marketing projects.
- Creation and deployment of e-mail marketing and creative/graphic assets - using the e-mail service platform, with data management responsibility.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns and event metrics with collaborative input on optimisation.
- Basic editing of their WordPress website, with an eye for UX improvements and performance developments. (Including the use of Google Analytics and SEO techniques).

- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
