The role is office based, hours are from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. In this role you will source your own leads by using a variety of methods, this is not a call centre environment. Once you have gathered your leads you will aim to make contact with decision makers with the aim of completing a fact find and booking an appointment for one of the sales team.
Over time, you will complete more of the sale and progress into a Business Development Manager either in the office or field. We are looking for someone who is confident, hard working and ambitious - we are happy to take applications from those who are looking for a career change.
Main duties to include:
- Source leads from various places such as LinkedIn, Google, Business Directories and the database
- Make contact with leads and engage with the decision makers
- Fact find about current solutions and either recommend a suitable product or book an appointment for the Business Development Managers
- Follow up on call backs, ensuring you keep a good sales pipeline
- Build relationships with decision makers and promote a positive impression of the company
We are looking for:
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Someone who is open to learning and can implement new ideas
- Good MS Office skills
- Someone who is ambitious and wants to progress in their career
