Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Business Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support business objectives and target markets.

* Create engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

* Manage all aspects of digital marketing efforts, including social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.

* Design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.

* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating and project management / QS to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and project milestones.

* Assist with the production and formulation of key documentation to support accreditations, frameworks and tender submissions.

* Monitor and analyse marketing performance, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to support business development efforts.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and construction to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

* preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.

* Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction industry or related field.

* Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing channels.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.

* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
