Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic go-getter ready to join our sales team adventure! As a Telesales Marketer, your charisma and outgoing nature will be your key assets as you arrange thrilling appointments by understanding our customers' needs and laying the groundwork for our field sales champions. You'll master our CRM system, tactically reaching out to clients and exceeding sales goals with flair. Yet, it's more than just hitting targets—it's about making each phone call a delightful experience, leaving a lasting impression with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of the marketing and sales team, supporting with all aspects of telemarketing.
  • Take on the exciting role of Telesales Marketer, where you'll arrange appointments that prepare the ground for our field sales team.
  • Jump into our CRM toolkit confidently, using your charm and skill to find great opportunities. With your help, your sales pipeline will guide us to success.
  • Naturally connect with people over the phone, making each call a chance to build a relationship.
  • Quickly spot opportunities and seize them.
  • Comfortable with technology and skilled at using CRM systems, you're always ahead of the game.
  • Face challenges directly and come out on top every time, showing resilience and determination.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience of 5 years in the telesales marketer/executive. Qualification in health and social care will be ideal. Qualification in English, mass communication, business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field is an added advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and build relationships over the phone.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Customer Service Focus: Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales.
  • Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and persist in making sales calls.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and customer preferences.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proactive mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
  • Time Management Skills: Effective prioritization and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Valid UK driving licence will be more suitable.
