Telesales Executive
Wakefield

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for a leading clothing company based in Wakefield.
This is a sales role and you will be contacting new and existing customers principally by telephone, but you will also be using other communication tools to hold meetings to develop and secure business for the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Sales for workwear you will joining a team of Sales Development Managers and part of the role will be to identify and open up communication with potential clients and work with your colleagues to develop these opportunities to new business.
Key Responsibilities:
To contact new and existing customer by telephone
To manage an existing customer database and continually grow your area by adding new customers
To build relationships
Research to identify potential new customers within the target sectors identified by the business
Follow up on sales leads to identify customer potential. Then work with the sales development manager team to decide on the best approach to grow each opportunity
Work to achieve internal sales targets and key performance indicators

Experience
Previous Telesales experience essential
Proven track record of developing relationships with existing and new customers
