Description
As a Telesales Executive, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting to generate new business through cold calling, social media and any other methods
- Building up strong and long-lasting relationships with key customers
- Managing multiple key accounts, encouraging repeat business wherever possible
- Upselling products to customers over the phone
- Updating key customers about product promotions and offers
- Dealing with any customer queries both over phone and email
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience working in a phone based sales role previously
- A high attention to detail
- Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone
Job Offer
In return for your work as a Telesales Executive, you will receive the following company benefits: £24,000 - £28,000 annual salary DOE + 23 days holidays plus all bank holidays + uncapped commission structure (realistic take-home pay of £35,000-£40,000 in your first year) + free secure on site parking + great opportunities for progression + Monday to Friday working + great office environment + extra benefits.
