We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales and Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Renewables & Environment industry. As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional Customer Service.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our renewable energy solutions, and closing sales. You will also handle incoming inquiries from existing customers, addressing their concerns, and providing prompt and accurate information.

Responsibilities
Generate sales leads by making outbound calls to potential customers
Promote our renewable energy solutions and close sales
Handle inbound inquiries from existing customers, providing excellent Customer Service and addressing their concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives
Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-focused role
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of renewable energy and environmental sustainability is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
