We are seeking a Marketing Executive with a passion for healthcare and a flair for developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-discipline in time management, and a commitment to customer care. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, managing our online presence, and engaging with clients and industry professionals.
Day-to-day of the role:- Promote the company and its services through attendance at conferences, industry meetings, and client visits both in the UK and occasionally overseas.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan.
- Manage website content, ensuring it is current, engaging, and effectively represents the company’s services.
- Execute social media marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others, aligning messaging with relevant events and awareness days.
- Implement and manage a customer database (CRM) to enhance client relationships.
- Conduct customer research, including surveys and questionnaires, to gather insights and improve services.
- Manage the Annual Staff Satisfaction Survey, including collation and presentation of results.
- Monitor competitors and generate innovative ideas to stimulate business growth.
- Liaise with Board Directors and the Accounts & Contracts Manager as necessary.
- Produce and manage the internal staff monthly newsletter.
- Undertake additional duties that align with the job description and company goals.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with the UK healthcare environment, including primary and secondary care, and ICB service procurement processes.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
