To £25,000 - £30,000 Basic + Comprehensive Benefits Package. Hybrid working.

Applause IT are working with an established Software Vendor, now part of a large outsourcing PLC who require a budding Marketing Executive at an exciting time in their growth journey.

The Role:

To assist with the creation, execution and management of marketing campaigns from initial content creation through to performance tracking and reporting.

Creating and optimising content for social media.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create content briefs for external copywriter and design agency.

Updating website content using our content management system.

Creating and managing marketing lists, using online platforms including Salesforce, Hubspot and Mailchimp.

Helping with the tracking, optimisation and reporting of customer activity.

Managing individual workload, ensuring the timely delivery of tasks to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, your priority will be using your digital marketing skills to help execute digital marketing campaigns. Ideally you will have experience of working with social media scheduling platforms, particularly HubSpot, and be able to manage the marketing database as well as building, tracking and reporting on campaign activity. Also desired is an understanding of SEO to align content with search intent, and familiarity of Google Analytics for regular reporting.

We're looking for someone who is a genuine team player and wants to develop their career in the long term.

The role is hybrid, with an expectation that you will be in the Farnborough office 1 to 2 days per week. There may also be occasional travel for event support and team meetings in Glasgow, Woking, Manchester or London.

If you are at an early stage of your Marketing career, a recent graduate or with one - two year's experience, or re-starting in Marketing as a second career, we would love to hear from you.

Required:

Qualification in Marketing or related discipline and/or one year's+ experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with marketing applications such as Hubspot, SurveyMonkey or similar.

Experience of working with website content management systems.

Proven ability in writing engaging content.

Design skills desirable but not essential.

Strong time management skills.

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

Working knowledge of Adobe design software packages.

Experience setting up and managing webinars and events.

Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
