MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Hybrid - Office (Herne Bay)

Role Summary:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads within the mortgage sector. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Execution:
  
  • Implement and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Content Creation and Optimization:
  
  • Assist in the development of compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
• Social Media Management:
  
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote brand engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to social media trends and user engagement.
• Email Marketing:
  
  • Support the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Assist in analyzing email performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for effectiveness.
• Data Analytics:
  
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing digital marketing metrics using analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to the financial services industry or a transactional B2C industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• A good working knowledge of CRO and UX.
