Job Title: Graduate Program
Location: HEAD OFFICE BASED (London)
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join Galderma under Graduate Program. The role reports to Marketing Manager, Ax.
Program Objectives
- Develop Future Leaders: Equip graduates with the skills and knowledge to become future leaders in the healthcare industry.
- Specialized Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge in specific areas of aesthetic medicine, such as effective HCP communication through marketing materials, events and congresses, trade PR and HCP education.
- Practical Experience: Offer hands-on experience through rotations in various departments and real-world projects including sales assignment in the field at the end of successfully completing 12 months in marketing
- Professional Development: Enhance soft skills, such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
- Networking Opportunities: Foster connections with industry professionals and peers.
Program Structure
- Duration: 12 months.
- Rotations: Rotations through various departments after successfully completing 12 months in marketing
- Capstone Project: A significant project that addresses a real challenge within the company, to be completed by the end of the program.
- Performance Reviews: Regular reviews to assess performance in rotations and projects.
- Feedback Sessions: Structured feedback from mentors and supervisors
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of the sampling process, which includes ongoing monitoring and reporting, in adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
- Responsible for uploading of marketing materials to Veeva and timely approval. Support the development, adaptation and approval process of marketing materials, in line with Galderma compliance standards (e.g. comply with the relevant national and international codes of practice and Galderma corporate and branding standards), and timely deployment via the approved systems for use by the teams.
- Liaise with Ax Sales, Ax Marketing and external agencies as required to ensure smooth process of materials production, storage, distribution, and destruction in accordance with internal SOPs.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure that documentation is stored in the appropriate nominated Galderma repositories, coordination and organisation of the shared sites for sales teams.
Sales assignment after 12 month in marketing would cover:
- Shadow London account manager for 3 months and visit key accounts to build relationship.
- Sell brand & product value propositions & negotiate commercial plans adhere to all company policies.
For both roles:
- Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable education and passion in working at sales & marketing.
- Passion to work in agile environment, desire to work in aesthetics/beauty & healthcare industry.
- Ability to successfully manage lead projects and take full responsibility.
