Marketing Intern

We are Finz, a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionising the payment card experience for self-employed and busy entrepreneurs. Our mission is to simplify everyday spending and offer a premium membership rewards and perks experience. As we prepare for our product launch, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Internto join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business team to create compelling social media content, including engaging videos and captivating visuals.
• Manage our social media presence across various platforms, actively engaging with our community and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Develop and execute innovative guerrilla marketing strategies to generate buzz and excitement around our Finz card.
• Plan and organise memorable events, both virtual and in-venue, to promote our brand, engage our target audience, and drive card adoption.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local venues, influencers, and community organisations to expand our brand reach and maximise exposure.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media, content creation, and event planning.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the fintech industry and trends is a plus.
