Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
- Design and implement comprehensive social media plans across various platforms.
- Explore PR and outreach opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Liaise with third-party providers to produce high-quality marketing content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing techniques
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous
