Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Clinical Leadership and guidance to interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative clinical programs and protocols.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain our position as a leader in healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Current valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and dedication to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
