Our client, an iconic record label, is seeking a frontline Marketing Manager, to market several high profile releases on a 12 month FTC. An interest in or knowledge of classical music would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Taking responsibility for the production of cutting-edge content marketing campaigns for high profile artists on the roster.
• Working across several key artists’ marketing activities, ensuring campaigns, timelines, digital marketing, audience capture, streaming activities and new albums are managed successfully.
• Liaising with A&R Managers across music delivery and label copy for marketing.
• Collaborating with Digital, Audience, A&R, Press, Promotions, and Sales teams to integrate their insights into campaigns.
• Liaising with artists and their management.
• Briefing creatives and selecting best treatment for artists.
• Overseeing all content creation related to your artists.
• Supervising market research activities.
• Integrating new technologies into marketing output.
• Working with departments that handle digital and streaming activities across campaigns.
• Managing artist showcases and events.
• Ensuring budgets are adhered to across marketing plans.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of delivering commercial, but creative, successful campaigns, using creative and innovative resources within a front-line label essential.
• Frontline or catalogue Marketing management experience across a diverse range of modern classical music artists.
• Demonstrable knowledge of existing artists and trends.
• Experience with managing budgets.
• Experience working with external media buying agencies and creatives.
• Superlative relationship building and management skills.
• Tactful approach.
• Able to represent the business to different interests.
• Proven track record working autonomously.
• Capable of making decisions without supervision.
• Available for an immediate start.
