Joining Pure Group’s marketing team will give you an exceptional opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a high-performing, collaborative, experienced and results-focused marketing team.The Role Our Marketing Manager’s key role is to manage the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are compelling, compliant, on time and on budget, from initial planning through to execution and delivery. The Marketing Manager also supports the Head of Marketing to deliver the Marketing strategy, its aims and objectives, on time and within budget.Summary Responsibilities Manage the creation of marketing campaigns that are compelling, complaint, delivered on time and within budget, from initial campaign planning to delivery.Effectively manage, develop, lead a team of Marketing Executives, ensuring all Group process are followed.Ensure an expert eye for detail at all times and strong accurate proof reading skills, identifying any mistakes and omissions.Ensure a strong knowledge and understanding of online and offline channels such as TV, mail, PPC, Facebook, Display and moreEnsure a good understanding of the Pure brand, its audience, and work within the principles of direct marketing, project management, supplier liaison and stakeholder management.Manage the development, execution and optimisation of leading media campaigns, going beyond the normal limitations in paid media strategies – working closely with content managers and other marketers to create an integrated approach.Ensure strong analytical approach in understanding dashboards and data, interpreting results and applying them to the marketing campaigns and strategy success - developing new tests and actionable insights that will take the business forwardEnsure you are well organised, with strong communication and team collaboration at all timesYou will also:Stay at the cutting edge, and maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging innovations, ensuring we stay ahead in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.Work closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned to the company’s overall goals and objectives, driving brand relevance, consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.Provide monthly performance reviews, and both written and analytical reports as requiredAttend meetings and present in the place of the Head of Marketing as needed.Successfully support the achievement of Company targets and objectives, both within budget.Adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times, including but not exclusive to, our Data Protection requirements.Work closely with the HR Team to attract and retain top talent, building marketing communication capabilities across the GroupAbout YouA marketing professional who can demonstrate a strong and successful marketing management background and track record.  You have a passion for marketing, its not just a job!  Good organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.The ability to successfully manage people, building and maintain strong positive relations both with our people, and third parties.Strong multi-tasking, and team player skills.Proficient using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Collaborative mindset to work closely with colleagues managing other channels and outside marketing.Experience in financial services or other regulated environments would be an advantage.Benefits:30 days holidayBupa cash back planPension with the option of a SMART pensionDeath in service benefitEmployee Assistance service, including access to a 24/7 online GP If you would like to be part of a fantastic, hardworking team in a very rewarding, rapidly growing business, then please apply in strictest confidence, including a brief note with your application, explaining why you think you would be suited to this work and how you would benefit our business. Please note, we may need to undertake a vetting process through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) or Disclosure Scotland on new employees, dependent on requirement. All gaps in your CV must be disclosed.
