Analytics Team Manager

This role offers a great opportunity to mentor, manage and support six team members and they provide insight and analytics for one of the biggest areas of this business. You’ll be working within the pricing function to support insight and drive analytics.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be developing reports to assist stakeholders in delivering stronger data strategies and insights. You’ll be providing reports and analytics to identify trends and future areas of focus while also managing your team to help them do the same.

This role is looking for someone who has a commercial focus and would relish the opportunity to take ownership and deliver results. The role is data-driven and passionate about leveraging data to make informed decisions and add value. You’ll lead by example and have developed a positive, highly engaged, professional team culture within the teams you have led.

They’re keen on someone who can deliver to tight deadlines in a changing data environment wherein you can show examples of how your data-lead insights have resulted in positive business impact. You’ll get experience in this role in collaborating with people of different skill sets to uncover opportunities that will add value or improve efficiencies.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Several years’ experience managing and mentoring a team
• Experience in a data, insight or Analytics Team
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Experience working closely with data scientists
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ideally knowledge or experience with OAS
• Strong communication skills

Please note this role requires three days a week in their Bristol office.

What you’ll get in return for your experience 
A base salary up to £58,000 per annum, plus a great benefits package including a bonus and strong pension.
