Marketing Manager

Reed Marketing & Creative are working with a growing financial services business based in Alfreton who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team.

Managing 4 people this is a small marketing team working across different brands in the business; this will be all marketing strategy, budgets and campaign management; as well as team management. Either you are looking to step into management with great mentorship; or you're already managing and would like to continue to do so.

We are open to the background of the candidate but someone with a B2B background will suit this better. Someone who understands the mechanics of marketing and wants to do more; as well as lead the team.

General duties include:
• Team management; delegating and managing tasks
• Hands on campaign management and planning
• Working closely with Head of IT to manage strategy and marketing plans
• Mostly digital marketing due to nature of the products/services

The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketer; and either you have managed a team and ready to move into managing 4 employees here; or want to take the leap. There is mentorship on hand to step into this side of things so you would be in good hands making that transition.
