Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) is looking for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's products or services, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement effective marketing campaigns to meet business objectives. The Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends, conduct market research, and provide insights to guide decision-making. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring effective lead generation and conversion.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
* Create and execute innovative and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately and optimizing spending to achieve desired outcomes.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, design, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
* Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose their implementation to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving business goals.
* Experience in Engineering lead organisation focussed on B2B selling
* Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.
* Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data, and extract insights.
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field a bonus.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of the work carried out at Ultra, all applicants must be eligible for SC Clearance.
