We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who will lead a small team to drive our success of Sales Marketing through Showroom Events and Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Product Placement, Social Media, etc. This role would be ideal for someone with a background in marketing within retail or other fast-paced industry. There is also room to grow this position further in the future, getting involved in additional responsibilities such as CSR and Sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Support:
- Develop and interpret comprehensive marketing plans within corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to execute marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and manage marketing expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned brands, managing day-to-day marketing activities.
- Ensure brand representation adheres to minimum standards and guidelines.
Events Management:
- Coordinate and oversee events in collaboration with Sales Management.
- Attend events when required, representing all brands.
- Research and evaluate event opportunities with the Marketing Team and Sales Management.
Digital Sales & Analytics:
- Analyse Lead and Conversion Rates per source and sales team.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of technical solutions (Reputation.com, Live Person, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Assist in the coordination of monthly marketing statistics delivery.
People Management:
- Lead a team of 2 Marketing Executives, 1 Graphic Designer and 1 Social Media Executive.
- Manage and develop the teams performance, tasks, working standards, training, and recruitment.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary from £40,000 per annum DOE

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Marketing in a fast-paced industry i.e. retail
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Good technical digital marketing knowledge
- CIM Accreditation desirable
- Driving Licence, to travel to other sites across Devon and Cornwall, as and when needed

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Plymouth, Devon
