Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager - required to join a leading international construction and engineering organisation offering a range of unique products to the subsidence and Ground Engineering sector based out of there Milton Keynes Office. The Marketing Manager will be creative and have management experience while promoting and project managing marketing activities to deliver specialist Geotechnical services to clients nationwide.

The Marketing Manager will be able to use office, adobe illustrator, Photoshop and use cameras to take photos for marketing materials. The Marketing Manager will be in charge of all aspects of the company's marketing and review their current setup and device a plan as well as implement the new strategy moving forward.

Marketing Manager Position Overview

• Create a new Marketing plan for the company and implement the new strategy
• Regenerate website and it's future development (redevelopment), Instagram, content generation and creation, online campaigns and content creation on linkedin and mor
• Deliver all marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, TV, radio, and print media.
• Review and maintain website and digital content ensuring all content is up to date, on brand and compliant
• Develop and execute social media strategy - plan, schedule, monitor and analyse
• Grow and manage social media channels with the assistance of the sales team - post calendar, timely responses, and engagement metrics.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design, create, and/or implement marketing content across all platforms (e.g., website, videos, blogs, brochures, flyers)
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Successful delivery of the Marketing Plan
• Supporting new product launches
• Managing and coordinating seminars, trade shows and sponsorships.
• Increasing brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand execution

Marketing Manager Position Requirements

• Degree qualification in either Marketing, Communications or Public Relations and Media.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant Marketing roles.
• Advanced IT and online skills, adobe illustrator, Photoshop and use cameras
• Experience of managing signage branding including pull-up banners, mesh banners, flags etc.
• Proven experience of successfully implementing self-devised Marketing Plan
• Digital Specialist in delivering online/e-marketing and website content updates
• Proactive self education of marketing and ground engineering industry trends.
• Thorough understanding of the difference between B2B and B2C style of marketing.
• Strong focus on performance and creativity, ROI and ability to produce meaningful insights.
