Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham (onsite with scope to move hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Manage digital, social media, email, and traditional campaigns.
• Execute events, marketing communications and online presence across various digital platforms and social media
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversee marketing budgets and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales to align strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's a plus.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or a professional services background
• PPC and Social Media experience
• Experience of organising events
• Successful track record in marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
