Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's diverse portfolio of services using a variety of different marketing-based strategies and techniques. You will be responsible for developing their brand, pushing their services to potential target clients and devising effective marketing strategies. Based at either their Head Office in Leicestershire or near Milton Keynes, with occasional remote work, this position requires occasional travel across the UK. A valid driving license and personal transport are essential, with travel expenses compensated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Update and manage various social media channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Write engaging content for news feeds and marketing collateral.
- Website Management: Update and manage company websites.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce effective marketing campaigns aligned with overall strategies.
- Digital Marketing Design: Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials.
- SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics: Implement and optimize SEO strategies, Google Ads, and utilise analytics tools for performance measurement.
- Multimedia Production: Produce and edit videos and photography content to showcase operational services.
- Brand Management: Maintain consistency in company branding styles across internal and external marketing materials.
- On-site Operations: Travel to different locations to capture photos and videos of operational services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather relevant marketing news and updates.
- Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role is integral in supporting the overall marketing and sales objectives of the company.
About You!
- Previous experience in a B2B Marketing role responsible for devising and implementing strategy.
- Proven digital marketing experience, emphasizing social media, content creation, and digital design.
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital design.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Creative and innovative mindset with a commitment to brand consistency.
- Proactive and results-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for gathering marketing updates and maintaining brand consistency.
- Directly reports to the Sales Director, playing a key role in supporting overall marketing and sales objectives through effective digital strategies.
- Valid driving license and access to personal transport.
- Location preference: You must be able to commute to either our office near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire or our office near Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire.
