As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.
We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 30+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

For this we need you
- Establish and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady and engaging online presence
- Manage Prematch's social media platforms to ensure active and responsive profiles
- Regularly monitor channels for mentions, comments, and industry trends
- Brief creatives to maintain a consistent tone of voice for the market
- Lead initiatives aimed at boosting user engagement, increasing app downloads, and enhancing brand visibility
- Forge strategic partnerships with influencers and creators within the Prematch community
- Track data and analyse the performance of social media campaigns
Your mission
- Leverage your experience across key social platforms in the UK to drive impactful paid and organic campaigns
- Stay tuned to our channels, engaging with mentions, comments, and industry trends
- Fine-tune our presence in the App Stores to amplify visibility and stimulate organic downloads
- Create and distribute tailored content for diverse audience segments, incorporating local idioms and language for resonance
- Forge partnerships with influencers and creators within the Prematch ecosystem, leveraging collaborations to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility
- Produce captivating video content optimised for social media platforms to engage and inspire our audience
What do you need
- You hold a degree in Marketing, Communication or similar studies/ training
- You bring experience in managing social platforms, including market segmentation, content strategy development, execution, monitoring, and budgeting
- You hold deep insights into grassroots football community.
- You understand paid acquisition funnels
- You've successfully driven both organic and paid campaigns.
- You speak fluent English
- Experience with Social Ads Manager platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta platforms, others to be determined)
Advantage but not a must
- Experience in an entertainment company
- Interest in football and particularly amateur football
- Start up environment experience
