Our client is an award-winning organisation, representing eight world-leading vehicle manufacturers and seven motorcycle brands.
They are looking to recruit a talented and proactive Marketing Manager to join their busy Salisbury team.
Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in driving the brand to new heights and customers, whilst providing unwavering support to the Head of Marketing, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
As the Marketing Manager, you will also be entrusted with the responsibility of leading the department and managing tasks in the absence of the Head of Marketing, demonstrating your ability to step into a leadership role when required. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic marketing professional to make a significant impact on our brand's success and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Data Analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and our agencies to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Work hands-on in creating and optimising content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Strategy Planning and Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with brand requirements and company objectives.
Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from initial concept, to analysis, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and social media advertising, to maximise online presence and effectiveness.
About you: You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or minimum of 2 years proven experience in a hands-on similar marketing role. A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation and exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
The role requires someone skilled in Excel for data manipulation, analysis and reporting. The right candidate will be proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms. (e.g GoogleAnalytics, CRM software, social media management tools) You will be required to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible approach to working hours during peak times. Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach with a willingness to actively contribute to campaign execution. Attention to detail imperative and remaining calm under pressure.
We are looking for someone who will be willing to travel to other sites and possess a full UK driving licence.
