Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! is thrilled to announce that we are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at the prestigious Fulham Pier! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to establishing London's newest premium waterfront experience, and you will be the first to hold this position!

Supporting the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing and driving the venue's B2B and B2C marketing plans including scheduling of activities, driving improved sales across all service lines, and in line supporting in the achievement of revenue targets. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns to support our sales and operational teams, while also bringing a strong digital understanding and an understanding of building go-to-market strategies. Managing supplier relationships (inclusive of creative, print, and digital agencies) to ensure all collateral is in line with brand guidelines and budgets is key to this role. You will seek innovative ways to reach customers, collaborating with the sales and operational teams to deliver a marketing strategy to exceed our client’s expectations.

Fulham Pier will become the heart of the community and the standard bearer for indulgent experiences, which will attract both Londoner’s and tourist from all over the world!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the creation, execution and launch of B2C and B2B marketing plans, specifically across events, C&E, restaurant and retail 
  • Understand the local market to effectively target customers and demonstrate an awareness of competitor’s activity and address with tactical promotions and plans 
  • Drive localized digital strategy and collaborate with the Central Digital Marketing Team to ensure any digital campaigns cost effectively drive both B2B and B2C sales 
  • Organise and implement calendar of events with sales team to drive B2B and B2C sales for all products 
  • Support in the creation and management of social media content, working closely with the client team to ensure a coherent and relevant content calendar is built.
  • Manage customer reviews, and support in building relevant and useful tools to measure customer satisfaction across B2C spaces.
  • Support in the delivery of regular printed comms for deployment across the entire venue.
  • Be visible in the local community, building relationships through attending regular networking and engagement events.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

You will be an expert in the marketing field with previous experience in either the Events or Food and Beverage industries. You will have strong creative skills with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and traditional campaigns that engage inform and motivate.  Above all you will have a passion for the hospitality industry and have the ability to be a brand guardian to ensure that our venue remains top of mind through excellent execution of activities.

You will also have:

  • Proven success in managing campaigns both online and offline that have delivered clear, positive results
  • Excellent communication and influencing skill with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved
  • A solid understanding of the digital landscape, and experience of working across PPC/Social/Digital campaigns
  • Experience with CRM systems and e-shot sending platforms
  • Confidence in briefing and managing multiple agencies to achieve desired results
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills that allow for flex as and when the business needs
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • An acute eye for the detail
  • Confidence with both proactively giving and receiving feedback to ensure approaches to work yield favourable results
  • The creativity to actively identifies opportunities and can bring these ideas to life
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement, menu development, product offer and the hospitality market 
  • A solid background in working with key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve targets and attending internal and external review meetings to present the marketing strategy and ongoing activity and results

WHAT WE OFFER

You will be rewarded with a salary of between £40,000-£50,000 plus access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution and life assurance – 1 x annual salary.
