SalaryCrossroads Care Surrey are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join a dynamic development team to propel our brand to new heights.
What will I be responsible for?
Lead our marketing team and drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives. Create and execute successful marketing campaigns, through the latest marketing trends, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
Report directly to the CEO and work alongside the Fundraising Manager. You’ll play a leading role in using your expertise to shape our marketing strategy, but as part of a small team, you will also be getting involved in the day-to-day delivery.

To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and competencies:
• Previous experience working in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within the charity sector
• Experience creating and producing a range of marketing materials
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages
• Strong written and oral communication, including the ability to write, edit and proofread written work with attention to detail, brand, style, and tone
• Able to work under pressure with multiple projects happening simultaneously
• Excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of the Organisation
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Upbeat, motived and solutions driven
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize work to achieve these deadlines
• Collaborative approach to working with team members
• Strong organisation skills
