Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage various Digital Marketing initiatives, including social media management, scriptwriting, content creation, graphic design, motion graphics, email marketing, video marketing, and website content management. The successful candidate will work onsite at our client's world-class office in Woking, Surrey, and enjoy a competitive salary with fantastic benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform's audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies to improve performance.

Content Creation & Scriptwriting:

• Write compelling and creative scripts for multimedia content, including videos and podcasts.
• Generate high-quality, SEO-friendly written content for blogs, articles, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with marketing goals.

Graphic Design & Motion Graphics:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Email Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
• Create newsletter and promotional emails with strong calls-to-action and relevant content.
• Analyze email marketing performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Video Marketing:

• Oversee the production of high-quality video content, from concept to final edit.
• Script, storyboard, and coordinate video shoots, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Optimize videos for distribution across various digital platforms.

Website Content Management:

• Manage and update website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
• Work closely with the web development team to implement content changes and enhancements.
• Monitor website analytics to assess performance and improve user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Digital Marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and video production.
• Proficiency with Digital Marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.).
• Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Exceptional scriptwriting and content writing skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
