SalaryWe are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our Group Digital Senior Manager within Digital Transformation, based in the UK. A hybrid role with access to our offices based in Woking (South) or (Midlands) Stone, Birmingham. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital solutions that accelerate IT/OT convergence and enable a data-driven future for our energy sector clients. You will spearhead initiatives that leverage emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and cloud computing to deliver tangible business value and differentiate our offerings. This role requires a hands-on approach combined with strong governance skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and govern various Digital Transformation strategies aligned with the overall company Digital Strategy.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with the potential to transform the energy sector.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions that address key industry challenges.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, technology partners, and energy sector clients.
- Drive adoption and usage of digital solutions across the organization.
- Measure and track the impact of Digital Transformation initiatives on business performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the energy and technology sectors.
- Travel as required to meet with clients, Hitachi partners, and industry experts.
Background:
- 10 years of experience in the energy sector beneficial with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence and its implications for the energy industry.
- Extensive experience with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, cloud computing, and big data analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build consensus and navigate complex matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic vision and the ability to think innovatively.
- Dedicated commitment to change management and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field required.
