Digital Marketing Executive
Our client is in search of a Digital Marketing Executive to lead the strategy for high-quality site traffic and enquiries through digital channels. The role involves managing and optimizing PPC, CPC, digital advertising, and both paid and organic social media activities. The successful candidate will have budget responsibility, work towards achieving targets, and demonstrate success against ROI metrics.
Digital Marketing Executive - What will I be doing?
Digital Advertising Management:
- Oversee paid media activities across digital channels, including PPC, display, remarketing, programmatic, paid social, video, and native advertising.
- Manage the relationship with the Digital Media agency, track ongoing paid campaign performance, and brief new & tactical campaigns.
- Write engaging ad copy, produce keyword lists, conduct competitor analysis, and research best practices.
Social Media Strategy:
- Oversee organic and paid social media strategy to grow the community, improve engagement, and convert the social audience into customers.
- Plan, create, implement, and optimize all organic social content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct community management, social monitoring, and respond with excellent customer service.
- Create lead generation tools, competitions, destination guides, etc., for database acquisition.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop, implement, and coordinate partnership campaigns.
- Assist in creating agency briefs and partner end-of-campaign ROI reports.
- Oversee company and product listings on tourist board and third-party websites.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to share ideas, contribute to a cohesive approach, and maintain a consistent brand tone across all activities.
- Stay updated on the changing search and Digital Marketing environment to improve KPIs.
Digital Marketing Executive - What Experience do I need ?
- It is essential that you have solid experience in Digital Marketing with proven B2C experience and must have a passion for digital and social.
- Strong analytical skills using GA4, Google AdWords, Bing & Facebook Business.
- Creative flair with compelling copywriting and video creation abilities.
- Previous experience with marketing budget responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of digital trends, channels, and technologies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

- This is a hybrid role in their office in Surrey 2 days a week
