Main Duties

Job Title: Freelance Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Directors

Summary: managing content creator; writing copy for reels and posts & scheduling for our five venues (Little Louie, SE17 1GQ + South London Louie, SE5 8UH + Saint Louie Bakery, SE17 2HH + Low Line Louie, SE1 2EL + Louie On Sea, Margate CT9 1HG); answering and redirecting messages on social media channels, reporting to directors

Responsible for: communication with related marketing & pr departments from associated companies + art directing photography

Hours: 70 hours pcm split across 5 venues

Remuneration: £13 per hour on monthly invoice (£910 pcm)

Minimum term: 3 months after 1 month probationary period

Notice period: 1 month from either party

Goal: accurate & up to date information at all times

KPI: steady follower growth

Job Summary:

As a freelance social media manager, your main job is to keep our social channels up to date & monitored, working from schedules, featuring

1. Content created by our content creator

2. Content created by yourself

3. Material + information shared with you by the directors

4. Material + information shared with you by our collaborators

We expect monthly reports on the above and an honest assessment of the success or failure of the activity

We would like you to keep us up to date on trends and advise on any new channels that could help spread the word

We would like you to communicate on the above with the related marketing departments

ie

South London Gallery for South London Louie, Lendlease/Elephant Park for Little Louie, Team London Bridge for Low Line Louie, Father Andrew at St Louie & Turner Contemporary for Louie On Sea

We would like you to manage our content creators.

The starting budget for this work is no less than 16 hours per week @ £13 per hour ie 70 hours (£910) pcm.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• To provide & maintain a high standard of posts in line with the brands across all the channels listed below
• To communicate with our collaborators on the above
• To manage our content creators
• To attend a weekly meeting with Director either in person at one of the sites or on line
• To report monthly and develop strategies

Channels:

• Insta (x 5), Tik Tok (1), FB (x1) & Twitter (x1)

Skills and Experience Required

Some marketing & copy writing experience required, preferably in the hospitality business. Must be South London based
