They specialise in providing unforgettable experiences for their customers and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to increase website traffic and conversion rates as well as to increase brand awareness to guests and owners
Marketing Manager - What will I be doing?
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost website traffic, conversions, and brand recognition.
- Manage all marketing activities, including online campaigns, social media, email, PPC, SEO, CRM, and content creation.
- Ensure seamless communication with owners and customers.
- Collaborate with the team to track conversions and analyse campaign performance for future strategies.
- Supervise the Digital Marketing Executive and support campaign execution and reporting.
- Monitor marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Manage the social media calendar and analyse engagement metrics.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new and existing properties.
- Research and establish partnerships to enhance listings and marketing opportunities.
Marketing Manager - What experience do I need?
- Proven track record in driving growth for online B2C companies.
- Strong strategic and operational skills with creativity and analysis.
- Experience managing domestic and international campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach.
- Line management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, press releases, and award applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
