AddressAs an Account Manager you will be responsible for the account management of INVISTA's non-strategic fibres accounts in Europe. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching the available markets, developing account plans and negotiating price and volumes.

What You Will Do
- Work closely with the European Business Directors, New Business Development, Technical Marketing, End-use Applications Engineering, and key Plant Personnel to ensure comprehensive understanding of target accounts.
- Drive growth by capturing insights and developing problem statements to update market points of view and understanding market value dynamics.
- Retention and expansion of accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the competitive landscape including direct and indirect competition.
- Provide direct account management and resource coordination
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability of accounts leveraging economic thinking
- Lead cross functional product development teams to address particular opportunities at customers
- Manage relationships and interfaces on suitability, service and quality between INVISTA and customers
- Work with a sense curiosity and creativity to identify opportunity and to deliver results.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Two years of sales experience
- Looking to take full ownership of customer accounts.
- Flourish within our Principle-Based Management® culture.
- Economic and Financial Analysis Experience (Analytical Skills)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- An effective speaker and writer who can communicate effectively with both internal client management and external client groups.
