Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

The Role

Reporting to the Divisional lead the role covers all areas of administration from generating reports to sending samples to customers. It is a fast paced office where you will need to be able to multi task and change priorities on a regular basis and spin multiple plates at any one time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• General printing and office duties
• Arranging calendar appointments
• Arranging samples for customers
• Generating and submitting monthly expense forms
• Generating and submitting sales reports
• Setting up and submitting new line forms for new products to be released on the market
• Generating and processing sales orders using internal software
• Submitting purchase orders to cover business necessities
• Maintain and update spreadsheet trackers regularly for various business operations
• Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ad-hoc duties as required by the vaping team

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and prioritize workloads
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
