Search Manchester are working with a very well established client based within the Stoke area who are looking for a Personal Assistant on a temporary bases with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
This roles is suitable for someone who has strong admin and administrative skills, super flexible and available to start work immediately.
Typical Duties Include:
Management of the Service Director's diary and itinerary, ensuring the Service Director's attendance at key internal/external meetings.
First point of contact for internal and external enquiries
Organise meetings and events, including booking of rooms/venues.
Distribute written and electronic mail
Writing correspondence and reports
Preparing project plans and written reports
Maintain office systems, data collection, and management processes. This will include being able to locate key information and files promptly when required.
Organise the approval of timesheets, overtime and expense claims for senior staff.
Be the point of contact for the organisation of reception, hospitality, and promotional events for VIP's and visitors.
Skills:
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Numeracy and data entry skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate typing and shorthand skills
Excellent time management skills
